King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Foundation for Humanitarian Activities has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Committee for the Care of Prisoners, their Families, and Ex-convicts “Tarahum” to enhance collaboration in prisoner rehabilitation and family support. The partnership aims to improve educational and rehabilitation programs that empower prisoners and their families to become active members of their communities.
The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Engineer Abdulaziz bin Shahab Al-Janfaoui, Deputy Director of Humanitarian Programs at the foundation, and His Excellency Engineer Ahmed bin Adlan Al-Shamrani, Secretary-General of Tarahum.
This memorandum strengthens the shared goals of both parties, promoting social solidarity and maximizing the impact of their efforts. It includes educational and training initiatives for prisoners, released prisoners, and their families across the Kingdom, helping them realize their potential and achieve a secure future.
As part of this collaboration, “Tarahum” honored King Abdullah International Foundation for Humanitarian Activities for its ongoing efforts in supporting education and rehabilitation. This recognition reflects the foundation’s commitment to empowerment through education and building a sustainable future.
