KAHF Signs a Partnership Agreement with KAI at KSU

The King Abdullah International Foundation for Humanitarian Activities has launched the Human Resources Sector Development Project at its headquarters in Riyadh. This initiative comes through a new partnership with the King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies, aimed at enhancing cooperation and sharing knowledge to achieve common goals.

The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Mr. Suliman bin Abdulaziz Azzabin, CEO of the Foundation, and His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Althabit, Dean of the King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies.

This partnership reflects the Foundation’s commitment to improving its operational efficiency and investing in human capital development. Both organizations will collaborate on reviewing the Foundation’s organizational structure, planning for future needs, developing a competency framework, preparing a human resources manual, designing a performance management system, and establishing career paths. Their joint efforts will also focus on exchanging ideas and addressing challenges, following global best practices in human resources management.
