King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation participates in the Dubai International Exhibition and Conference for Relief and Development 2017

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Foundation for Humanitarian Works will participate in the Dubai 2017 Conference and Exhibition (DIHAD) from March 21 to 23 at Sheikh Maktoum Hall, Dubai Convention Center.

HRH Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz stressed that the Foundation seeks international presence through this important regional conference in order to provide an opportunity for interaction, strengthening partnerships and networking with various humanitarian actors, and for the exchange of knowledge and successful experiences. And the latest trends, initiatives and new services launched recently.

The King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation will participate in the exhibition accompanying the conference with a pavilion of 90 square meters, to review its projects and work and highlight the achievements made during the past year in various development and relief projects.

The Dubai International Conference on Disaster Relief and Development aims to contribute to the technical and administrative development and development of international humanitarian and development assistance and to build bridges between various organizations from around the world to meet the needs of those affected by crises and disasters and mitigate the negative effects of underdevelopment. In addition, the exhibition seeks to provide a unified platform that enables aid providers to reach out to relevant stakeholders from independent and governmental organizations to create effective cooperation in support of those in need.

The theme of the Dubai International Conference on Disaster Relief and Development (DIHAD) this year focuses on caring for children in times of disaster, how to protect them, and secure their basic needs.

The Riyadh-based King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation was created by royal decree in 2011 as an independent international institution that embodies King Abdullah’s vision and values ​​to realize his vision of a better world based on values ​​of tolerance, virtue and peace.
