Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Preparing accounting journal entries related to accounts.
- Preparing all reconciliation accounts.
- Reviewing daily and periodic receipt lists and ensuring their legitimacy.
- Preparing accounting journal entries that record revenue deposits in bank accounts.
- Preparing accounting journal entries related to other revenue accounts.
- Preparing journal entries for financial investment returns after reviewing and ensuring their accuracy.
- Preparing all reconciliation accounts (advance revenues – accrued revenues) related to revenues.
- Reviewing all accounting journal documents prepared by accounting staff of all types.
- Reviewing monthly trial balances, ensuring their accuracy, and their issuance on the scheduled dates.
- Archiving the provided and final guarantee letters received from contractors and consultants, and issuing release or confiscation letters for banks as per the system.
- Monitoring the correct application of the established accounting systems and ensuring their appropriate implementation, proposing any reasonable amendments to the accounting system, and discussing them with the direct supervisor.
- Documenting all files and records related to accounting.
