HRH CEO inaugurates workshop (developments and strategies for global humanitarian work) at the headquarters of the institution and with the participation of charitable and humanitarian local and international organizations

Inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Chief Executive Officer of King Abdullah global humanitarian action this evening, workshop developments and strategies in the area of global humanitarian work aimed at workers in non-profit organizations and the headquarters of the organization in Riyadh.
He emphasized His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdullah in his speech during the launch of the importance of developing the means and assistance programs provided by humanitarian donor institutions, and that these programs work to change and develop the beneficiaries conditions of these grants, so as to achieve efficiency and better performance and results of the highest in achieving humanitarian objectives of the projects in a way are to measure the impact, taking into account the design of programs in a way beyond the provision of aid to the sustainability of such projects.
Sheikh Mohammed wished that the workshop will enrich the debate and exchange of experiences between Saudi Arabia and non-profit organizations, as well as take advantage of international experts in this field experiments.
The workshop comes within associated with the development means for humanitarian action organized by King Abdullah humanitarian organization, with the participation of a number of public figures and representatives of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action Foundation of King Saud and King Khalid Foundation and the Foundation newborn for humanity and a number of institutions and associations of the third sector activities, he has lectured in the workshop work by international experts in the field of humanitarian action, namely: Executive Vice President of strategy Foundation, King Abdullah humanitarian Jeremy Delage, which dealt with the general situation of humanitarian work around the world, presenting statistics and data showing the need areas around the world and areas of assistance required where, and director of the sustainable development program of the world Bank office in Riyadh Maria Vageleasinba which reviewed the World Bank’s strategy in the Middle East, and showed how the World Bank was able make adjustments in the strategy to adapt to the conditions in the region, and Deputy resident United Nations development Programme Representative Firas Faleh Gharaibah who spoke about the sustainable development goals of the United Nations and link those targets The vision of national transformation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.
